Answer to the call for evidence on the DNA- 10 July 2025

The Wider Spectrum Group answered the call for evidence issued by the Commission in preparation of the Digital Networks Act (DNA).

Ask #1: Spectrum policy should remain supportive of terrestrial broadcasting and PMSE and fostering sectorial innovation.

Ask #2: the DNA should ensure that broadcast radio remains included in all cars.

Ask #3: the DNA must enable innovation in broadcasting.
